Short version: I count visits so I know what's useful. I never see what you type into the brief builder unless you send it to me yourself, and I don't sell or share anything.

Who runs this site: Nadyuk Systems, owned and run by Mark Nadyuk (sole proprietor), Buckeye, Arizona. Questions or requests: mark@nadyuksystems.com.

What I collect: visit counts with Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to show me, in aggregate, how people use it. It records things like:

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell a returning visit from a new one. Google processes this data on my behalf. I've turned off the setting that lets Google use it to improve its own products, and the site has no advertising pixels (no Facebook, TikTok or similar trackers). Visit data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics, currently Google's default of 2 months for visit-level detail.

What I never collect: your brief

Everything you type into "Tell me what's stuck" (your name, your business, the problem you describe) stays in your browser. It's never sent to me, to Google Analytics, or anywhere else. It only leaves your device when you send the email from your own email app, or paste it somewhere yourself. Analytics only learns that the button was used and how many services were in the brief.

How to opt out

When you email me

Your email lands in my Google Workspace mailbox. I use it to reply, to scope and do the work, and to keep normal business records. I don't add you to a mailing list and I don't sell or share your details. I'll only pass something on if the law requires it. Ask me and I'll delete our correspondence, except anything I have to keep for taxes or an active contract.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and block attacks. I don't use that data to identify visitors.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't aimed at children under 13.
