Why I started Nadyuk Systems
The owner's feedback wasn't about a sales number. It was about peace of mind. With the system running, he knew his stores were being tracked and followed up on even when he wasn't there, including the time he spent out with his son.
The honest version: in summer 2026 I wired Lightspeed POS, Zapier, Google Sheets, and Quo together for a two-location Phoenix-area retail shop where repeat visits had slipped from about 65% to about 43%. It ran for 2.5 months before the national brand pulled out of Arizona and the owner began closing the store. Automation can't stop a brand exit, and we ran out of time to measure long-term revenue. That's why every job I take now starts with a 4-to-6-week measured baseline pilot. The owner kept his cleaned 9,604-customer list in his own account and has referred me across the Valley ever since.
- 9,604
- clean customer records, merged and de-duplicated from 9,707 raw register rows
- 8,450
- past customers recovered from years of old spreadsheets (400 bad numbers flagged)
- 59%
- of sales came from the top 20% of buyers, which gave staff an instant VIP list
