# Nadyuk Systems > Nadyuk Systems is Mark Nadyuk, a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Buckeye, Arizona. He fixes the everyday problems between a small business's phones, bookings, payments, point-of-sale register, spreadsheets and software, for owners in Buckeye, the West Valley and Phoenix Metro, and remotely anywhere in the US. Every project is a flat fee agreed in a signed scope before work starts, and the client owns every account. Last updated: 2026-11-05. All facts below match https://nadyuksystems.com/. ## Who you work with - One person from the first message to the handoff: Mark Nadyuk, founder. - Mark is 26, a first-generation American and the son of Ukrainian parents. He started Nadyuk Systems to give owner-run small businesses the kind of systems big companies take for granted. - Built for owner-run shops, offices and crews; growing and mid-size businesses are welcome at the same flat prices. Mega-corporations are not the focus. Every client gets the same price, plan and respect. - Based in Buckeye, AZ. Day-to-day work happens over Zoom and short Loom videos. Mark meets owners in person whenever it helps. - In-person area: Buckeye (home base); West Valley (Goodyear, Avondale, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale); Phoenix metro (Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler). Remote: anywhere in the US. - Also partners with agencies and consultants (contract automation, data cleanup, full-stack integration). He keeps a bench of local specialists (networking and hardware, bookkeeping, legal, design). - Also helps individuals and families with personal systems (calendars, reminders, files, shared routines, AI assistants) across iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux. Scope and price are agreed first. ## Services and prices (flat fees, USD) - Intro call, 15–20 minutes: free. - Discovery and written plan: $350 flat. What to fix first, which tools, upkeep costs, timeline and a flat quote. Credited in full if a build starts within 30 days. - Quick win (one fix): $750 flat. Missed-call text-back, review requests, an order and deposit form, or an opt-in text list. - Standard front-office setup: $1,500 flat. Missed-call text-back plus online booking with automatic confirmations and no-show reminder texts. - Connected workflow build: from $3,000; most land between $3,000 and $6,000. For example, register (Square, Lightspeed, Clover or Toast) to Google Sheets to caller ID, texts and daily staff call lists. - Small business website: from $2,000; most land between $2,000 and $4,500. 3 to 6 pages, fast on phones, basic Google search setup, spam-protected forms and a privacy page. - Custom web app or client portal: from $8,000, built and priced in phases. Secure logins, a database where customers see only their own records, Stripe payments and dashboards. - New-business front office: $1,500–$3,500 per phase. Domain and Google Workspace email, phones, booking, POS, payments, CRM, review flow and staff how-to guides. - Quarterly care, optional: Basic $450/quarter (upkeep, fixes, quarterly check-in). Growth $900/quarter (Basic plus one new automation each quarter). - Out-of-scope work: $100/hr, only after the client signs a change order. ## How a project runs 1. Free 15-minute call. 2. Written scope and baseline: deliverables, the checks the work must pass, a flat price and starting numbers. 3. Built and tested on made-up sample data first. Mark uses his own login with 2FA and never a shared password. A 50% deposit starts the build. 4. Walkthrough and go-live. The other 50% is due at go-live, once the agreed checks pass. 5. 14-day free fix window, plus a 4-to-6-week pilot measured against the baseline. ## Ownership, data and limits - Every account, phone number, domain, spreadsheet and subscription is in the client's name and billed to the client's card by the vendor, with no markup. - No ongoing subscription or retainer is required. The client gets written step-by-step handoff instructions. - Mark gets access as an individual user with 2FA and only the permissions the job needs. Production changes are agreed first, and his access is removed at handoff. - Texts go only to customers who opted in. - Health and care practices: front-office contact and scheduling only, never medical records or clinical intake. A BAA is signed before he handles any covered patient contact details. - No guarantee of more sales or revenue. The guarantee covers the work: built to the signed scope, tested against agreed checks, with a 14-day free fix window. ## Case study: two-location retail shop, Phoenix area (summer 2026) - Lightspeed POS, Zapier, Google Sheets and Quo connected. Repeat visits had slipped from about 65% to about 43%. - 9,604 clean customer records merged and de-duplicated from 9,707 raw register rows. 8,450 past customers recovered from old spreadsheets, with 400 bad numbers flagged. The top 20% of buyers made up 59% of sales, which gave staff an instant VIP list. - The system ran for 2.5 months before the national brand left Arizona and the owner began closing the store, so long-term revenue was never measured. That is why every job now starts with a measured baseline pilot. - The owner kept the cleaned list in his own account and has referred Mark across the Valley since. ## Links - [Website](https://nadyuksystems.com/): the full page, with the missed-call cost estimator and brief builder. - [Public portfolio on GitHub](https://github.com/Nadyuksystems/NadyukSystems) - [Public pricing schedule](https://github.com/Nadyuksystems/NadyukSystems/blob/main/PRICING.md) - [Case study 01: retail follow-up](https://github.com/Nadyuksystems/NadyukSystems/tree/main/case-studies/01-cbd-shop-follow-up) - [Case study 02: full-stack toolkit](https://github.com/Nadyuksystems/NadyukSystems/tree/main/case-studies/02-full-stack-toolkit) - [Client reviews](https://nadyuksystems.com/reviews): coming soon.
